Make up games are possible but not guaranteed.  A game that would be made up would have to be played on a date and venue offered by the opponent willing to extend that courtesy.  Such a game should be played no later than the last date of the tournament.  Exceptions to this policy would have to be discussed with the chief tournament director.

If possible, the most up-to-date ratings will be used to form the sections.

United States Chess Federation (USCF) membership must be paid up through to the last day of the tournament.
