Another 1st Place Tie

My chess student, 13-year-old Ziping Liu of Berkeley Heights, continued his streak of first place ties on Saturday, with a score of 3-0-1, in the NY October Under 1600 tournament at the Marshall Chess Club.

In September, Ziping tied for first place in the under 1600 section at the New Jersey Open and in quad three of the Viking Last Saturday Quads, both held at the Ramada Somerset.
