Macauley Peterson at Marshall CC Tonight

Macauley Peterson is an award winning chess journalist.  He was voted 2008 "Chess Journalist of the Year" by the Chess Journalists of America.  His written work has appeared in Chess Life (United States), Chess Life Online (United States), New in Chess (Netherlands), 64 (Russia), Chess (United Kingdom), and elsewhere.

In 2006, he completed work as an editor on Adam Nemett's independent feature film The Instrument, which appeared at the 2005 Dances With Films festival in Los Angeles and was part of the New Filmmakers series at New York's Anthology Film Archives; and he has produced the DVD releases of A Turnpike Runs Through It (2008) and Excess Hollywood (2006) for the Princeton Triangle Show.

In this lecture and video presentation, Macauley will discuss stories from his travels with the top stars of international chess.  His video archive includes rarely seen footage of the chess elite.
