On Tuesday, November 24th, WGM Jennifer Shahade and Francis M. Naumann will host a presentation and book signing of Marcel Duchamp: The Art of Chess, at the Marshall Chess Club.Jennifer Shahade is editor of Chess Life Online and winner of the Women’s U.S. Championships in 2002 and 2004. Francis M. Naumann is a renowned art scholar and curator, specializing in the Dada and Surrealist periods.
The event begins at 7pm. It is presented free to club members ($10 non-members) by the Marshall Chess Foundation. Refreshments will be served.
