5SS, G/45 5d. EF: $20.00. Reg: 6:00-7:45 on July 6 (or in advance). Dates: July 6, 13, 20, 27 and August 3. Rds: 8:00 on all dates. Two 1/2 point byes allowed in any round (The TD must know of the bye request by 3:30 of the day of the round. Once requested, the request is binding). USCF membership required (must be valid through to the end of the tournament). Pairings will not be announced in advance in any round. Prizes: 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Possible other prizes to be determined based on the number of entries and rating distribution.
Those of you who paid the entry fee to the canceled club championship of last year (of which only one round was played) will be credited toward the entry fee of this tournament or any future event if participation in this tournament is not possible. The results of that round will be "tacked" onto the rating report of this tournament in an "Extra Games" section.
