Best Games from Dumont Chess Mates

These are the two best games, as judged by me, from the 2008 Dumont Chess Mates Club Championship. In the open section, Newark Sleepless Knights president Jess Ragaza gets outplayed. In the under 1700 section, 8-year-old Nicholas Katz upsets his higher rated opponent.
